Shipping
All orders over $80.00 placed within the USA and Canada, by fax or
internet will be
shipped stand postal service FREE of charge.
There will be a $7.00 additional shipping charge for any order under
$80.00. Foreign orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
Exchanges
& Shipping
If you decide to exchange an item, you are
responsible for new shipping charges. If you are exchanging an item for
one of equal value, there will be an additional amount charged to your
card before your exchange is sent to you. For example if you exchange an
item for one of a different size, you will be responsible for the shipping
charge, the cost of shipping one item. Look over our exchange section
below if you need more information regarding exchanges.
Exchanged Items will be charged shipping charges.
Hint: To avoid shipping charges for
exchanges, place another order along with your exchange, and have your
exchanged item shipped with your new order, avoiding any shipping costs to
you.
Exchanges
Do not send any packages back to Fit FX
without an RA#
1) Fit-Fx.com does not offer Cash or Credit Card Refunds. But will
give a Fit-Fx.com Store Credit. No Refunds, Exchanges Only. No Refunds
or Exchanges on SALE items.
2) All exchanges must have been purchased from Fit Fx (retail),
have a Fit Fx invoice, and a return authorization number. For a faster
response, email Fit-Fx’s exchange
department for an RA number for orders placed on the website. Be sure to
include in your email, your name, invoice #, "RA request" in the
subject line, and a description of what you would like to exchange. The RA
number must appear on the outside of the package or the package will be
refused by the shipping dept. and sent back to sender.
3) Customer must pay for and ship all exchanges back within 30 days
of receipt. Prepaid, insured, and with an RA.
4) Shipping charges are not refundable.
5) Customer is responsible for new shipping charges for exchanges.

6) Fit Fx will exchange garments that have an RA#, NOT been worn,
altered, laundered, or soiled (make-up, body lotion, deodorant, etc.) No
exceptions.
7) Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Backorders
If no items are currently in stock due to production
delays or other unforeseeable delays, Fit Fx will ship the order when the
items arrive at our warehouse. In the event that half or less of the items
ordered are on backorder, Fit Fx will ship the items that are currently in
stock. When you receive your order, your invoice will show a dollar amount
of 0 in the Ext. Price field. This indicates that you were not charged for
that or those particular item or items, and they are in backorder status.
If you would still like the backordered item please email
the Internet sales dept. at sales@ Fit-Fx.com and let us know you would
like the backordered item shipped. Please include your name, invoice
number, and date your order was placed.

If you have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your package, the
delivery, or arrival dates of your Internet order, please email

name and date your order. If requested, Fit Fx will track your order for
